Please, please, I implore you to give yourself the respect that you deserve and move on with your life. Truly loving someone, having the capacity to forgive your lover even though he or she had inflicted a great deal of pain on you, and having the courage to approach this person again, these are qualities of a wonderful person which you bear.

Maybe your ex did not cheat on you, but unfortunately there are many terrible things one can inflict upon his or her lover without having to cheat on them. The key is to recognize whether or not your ex deserves to be loved by you. Once again I will tell you, getting back with your ex is very much possible. But putting the amount of effort and time necessary to achieve such a feat, for someone who does not deserve you, now this is just self-demeaning.

If the process to get back with an ex means to lose one’s self respect and dignity, I can guarantee you right now that you will not be happy for long, even if you do successfully get your ex back. If you think that nothing could deter you from getting back with your ex, just be sure that this person deserves the sort of true love you have for him or her.

I know you want to learn how to get back together with your ex, but what I do not know is how you got to this point. If I could speak to you one on one, I would ask these questions first. Did you cheat and get dumped? Maybe it’s the opposite? Perhaps you have no idea why you are broken up with your ex. There are some big factors that will determine how you should go about getting your ex back. Let’s get the worst scenario out of the way first. If you have cheated on your boyfriend or girlfriend and I don’t care what some love guru might have told you, it will take a long time to earn your ex’s trust back. The good news is that you can definitely get your ex back, but the bad news is that it will require a lot of patience and dedication from you.

If you’ve been dumped or broken up because your ex cheated, it may not take too long for you to get your ex back but you will have to sacrifice a lot to accomplish that. Most people cheat out of impulse and it’s seldom something people plan to do. The fact is, they regret the moment is done and the infidelity usually ends the moment it begins. Much of getting back together with your ex will rely on your willingness to forgive and your capacity to trust again. It will require a leap of faith on your part.

Lastly, if your relationship is broken up and you have no idea as to why it had to end, the path to the solution to your dilemma might just be the easiest one.
