OK, the first thing in order is to give yourself a makeover. You will not get in shape overnight and even if you are in shape now, we still need to make some changes that will make you stand out in a crowd, in a good way. Attitude wise and appearance wise, you want your ex to notice the difference because obviously showing your ex the same old you will not do any good in getting him or her back.

What improvements in the looks department you ask? Here’s the thing, ladies, you do not need to look like a supermodel. As for you gentlemen, you won’t need to be a pretty boy.
